sHIPPING pOLICY

Overview Retro Tow Limited delivers all services and outputs digitally. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our engagements. This policy explains how your service deliverables are provided and what to expect throughout the process.


1. Digital Delivery Only All outputs produced by Retro Tow Limited — including bug fixes, plugin configurations, theme customisations, code updates, documentation and reports — are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped at any time.


2. How Deliverables Are Shared Depending on the nature of the service, deliverables are shared via:

  • Direct implementation on your WordPress site
  • Secure cloud storage links for files and assets
  • Email delivery for reports, documentation and smaller assets
  • Support ticket updates within our helpdesk platform
  • Code repository access where applicable

All delivery methods are confirmed at the start of each engagement.


3. Delivery Timelines Delivery timelines are outlined at the commencement of each support request or project. Retro Tow Limited commits to meeting agreed timelines, provided the client fulfils their responsibilities — including timely provision of access credentials, feedback and approvals.

Delays caused by incomplete client input, unresponsiveness or scope changes will be communicated promptly and timelines adjusted accordingly.


4. Delivery Issues If you experience any difficulty accessing or receiving your deliverables, please contact us immediately at hello@retrotowlimited.com with your ticket or order reference. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5. No Physical Shipment Retro Tow Limited does not ship any physical products, hardware or printed materials. All service engagements are conducted and delivered entirely online across all global locations we serve.


6. Re-Delivery Requests If you lose access to previously delivered files or assets, contact us at hello@retrotowlimited.com. We will assess the request and, subject to verification, re-share deliverables within a reasonable period after the original service completion date.
